Terms of Use
These terms cover the invited beta of ITYS. Before ITYS is available to everyone, they will also name its operator and state the law that governs them.
Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using ITYS, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The beta is invitation-only, intended for people aged 18 or older, or the local age of majority where it is higher, and available only where lawful.
You are responsible for confirming that using ITYS is lawful where you live. You must give accurate account information and keep access to your account secure.
Points and no-money play
Points are a score, never a currency. A pick costs nothing to make, and points cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, withdrawn, redeemed, or exchanged for money, prizes, goods, or services. They have no cash value and no cap on how many picks you may hold.
Every question carries a probability, and a correct pick returns points in inverse proportion to that probability. Rankings and League tables are computed by the server from settled picks alone.
Picks and receipts
ITYS lets you pick an outcome on real-world questions. Availability, probabilities, closing times, and results may change. A confirmed pick creates a server receipt recording the probability captured at confirmation; a later price change never rescores a settled pick.
A pick on the Markets tab is final once it is confirmed: it cannot be changed or withdrawn. A pick in a League round may be changed or withdrawn while its question is open. Your pick stays sealed from everyone else until the question closes. Questions may be paused, voided, corrected, or unavailable where source data is incomplete or integrity review is required; a void is excluded from scoring, and corrections remain visible in history.
Friends, Leagues, and public rankings
Your username, display name, avatar, and privacy-safe activity may be visible to accepted friends and to members of Leagues you join. Picks remain sealed until their questions close.
League tables are private to their members, and Friends rankings are private to your accepted friends. Region and Worldwide rankings are independent and off by default. Joining a public ranking makes the disclosed public-profile fields, public result, and settled-pick count visible on that board. Region uses the country your device reports, reduced to a two-letter country on the device and never a precise location, and no board is narrower than a country. Leaving a public board removes your row and may prevent rejoining until the next season.
Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, any contest or League on ITYS.
User content and conduct
You are responsible for the comments, profile information, photos, voice notes, reactions, reports, and other content you submit. You must not harass others, impersonate people, spam, manipulate rankings, evade account restrictions, infringe rights, disclose private information, automate access without permission, disrupt the service, or use ITYS unlawfully.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, moderate, and display your content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve ITYS. You keep ownership of your content.
Moderation and enforcement
You can report content and block accounts. We may restrict, remove, or retain content; exclude an account from public rankings; suspend access; or close an account to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or preserve the integrity of the service. Appeals may be available for certain moderation decisions.
Third-party information and rights
ITYS may display event, probability, news, or resolution information supplied by third parties. That information can be delayed, corrected, unavailable, or subject to separate rights. ITYS does not endorse or guarantee third-party content.
Account deletion and retained integrity records
You can delete your account inside the app. We remove or de-identify public identity, social, and account data unless the law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the integrity of existing receipts requires otherwise. How to delete your account.
Service changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features; update season rules for future seasons; or issue new Terms. We will give notice where required. Receipts already confirmed and seasons already completed remain subject to the integrity and correction rules in effect for them.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, ITYS is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free third-party data, any rank, or any particular outcome. Nothing in ITYS is financial, legal, or professional advice.
