Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Settings, then Account.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.
3. If the app asks you to sign in again first, sign out, sign back in with the same Apple or Google account, and repeat. Deleting an account needs a recent sign-in, so nobody holding an unlocked phone can do it for you.

If you own a League with other members, the app asks you to deal with that League before your account can go.

Without the app

If you can no longer open the app, write to support@itys.club. Tell us your ITYS username and which sign-in you use, and we will reply to help you finish the deletion.

What happens to your data

• Your sessions end, and your sign-in stops being linked to an ITYS account, so signing in again later creates a new account.
• Your public identity, friendships, comments, profile photo, and profile data are removed.
• Settled picks can stay in other members' League tables and rankings under the label "Deleted player", because removing them would rewrite results other people earned.
• Encrypted backups age out on their own schedule. The Privacy Policy describes what is kept and for how long.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
